Let’s just hope these people that have a problem with “Bioshock Infinite’s” violence don’t enjoy movies that are just as violent…or worse. That would be just sick.

Your Resident Evil and Metal Gear Rising discussion reminds me of my view on Japanese games.

Simply put: as long as Japanese game developers remain stubborn and cling onto their past greatness, the Japanese game industry will collapse. They’re doing a very poor emulation of American-European game elements and blend it with their bland and unimaginative ideas, resulting in really blatant copies. Remember Vanquish? Binary Domain? Meanwhile, Nintendo is being really stubborn and outright bawk-bawk chicken by sticking with their “big three” IPs and hardly changing the gameplay. They’re playing too safe….eventually EVERYONE will catch on and start leaving Nintendo’s camp because of “been there, done that.”

They should just give up on being like someone they can’t be and just do what THEY think is awesome. Start thinking for themselves….or just GIVE UP.
